Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

At this stage, VictoryLap Digital Health Clinic collects only what you give us directly:

• Name and email address — when you apply to the founding cohort, request hub access, or subscribe to the Digital Health Dispatch.
• Application details — the pathway you're interested in and what you tell us you're working toward.

We do not collect medical records, lab results, or health data through this website. If and when the member hub begins handling health information, this policy will be updated and you will be asked for explicit consent first.

2. How we use it

• To follow up on your application or access request personally.
• To send the Digital Health Dispatch, if you subscribed (unsubscribe anytime via the link in any email).
• To understand founding interest and shape the clinic's tracks.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

3. How it's stored

Submissions are stored in our internal systems (currently Airtable-backed) with access limited to the clinic's operators. We use reasonable technical safeguards, but no internet transmission is perfectly secure.

4. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it entirely. Contact details for such requests will be published at launch; until then, reply to any email you receive from us.

5. Cookies & tracking

This site does not currently set tracking cookies or run third-party analytics. If that changes, this policy will say so.

6. Children

VictoryLap is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

7. Changes

If this policy changes materially, the "last updated" date above will change and founding members will be notified by email.
