1. What VictoryLap is — and isn't
VictoryLap Digital Health Clinic provides adaptive training programming, coaching, and health-optimization guidance. VictoryLap is not a medical practice and does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment. Nothing on this site or in our programs is medical advice. Always consult a qualified clinician about medical decisions, and get medical clearance before beginning any training program.
2. Founding membership terms
- Founding Athlete ($149/mo) and Performance Concierge ($499/mo) require a 3-month minimum commitment, billed monthly.
- Your founding rate is locked for your first 12 months of continuous membership. The lock ends if you cancel.
- After the 3-month minimum, cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- Organization Licenses (from $1,500/mo) run on custom terms set during scoped onboarding (annual agreement typical).
- Refunds: plans renew monthly and partial months are not refunded; you keep full access through the end of any paid period.
- Laboratory testing, medical care, travel, and third-party services are not included in plan pricing.
3. Your responsibilities
- You are 18 or older.
- Information you provide (readiness, symptoms, history) is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
- You will train within your capacity and stop — and seek care — if something feels wrong. Your twin adapts to what you report; it can only work with the truth.
4. Intellectual property
Site content, branding, the VictoryLap method, and program materials are the property of VictoryLap Digital Health Clinic. Don't reproduce or resell them without written permission.
5. Limitation of liability
Training carries inherent risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VictoryLap's liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before a claim arose. Nothing here limits liability where the law doesn't allow it.
6. Changes
These terms may change as the clinic grows; material changes will be emailed to members before they take effect. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
